I think this is more of an opinion oriented forum, rather than an informative one. Some people give links to information they hope will persuade you into thinking like them. I do all my own research and I feel I am as informed as any American can be, but it is not due to Yahoo answers.

I would say I'm more informed that I was, it helps me keep up to date on whats going on when I might miss a news tid bit

It has stimulated my curosity and caused me to research more. I've discovered many different views and beliefs so that I've learned that there are many valid ideas, views, and beliefs to consider; right is not always so clear cut especially in the political category.
