If you buy something and later see it on sale for like $40 bucks cheaper (Target) can you get a refund?
I've seen this before but I forget where or how to do it.
I have Bank of America. I think they will do it but I'm not sure.
I bought it about 2-3 weeks ago it's a prepaid cell phone. $130 now its $86

I assume you are saying it went on sale at the store where you purchased it.
If it's another store, then you have no right to expect any refund for the difference. In fact, even if it's in the same store, you are still not entitled to a refund. That's why stores have sales.

If the time between when you purchased the item and when it went on sale isn't too long, you could try taking in the item with the receipt to prove that it came on sale right after you purchased, and see if the store will honor it, but, again, they are not obligated.

It's a buyer beware world, and there is no law anywhere that says a store has to accept any returns unless the item is defective. I'm sorry that you made your purchase before it came on sale. That really sucks, but you are simply not entitled to the difference in price.

Your bank will not take care of the difference.

Did you get it at Target? If you did then the answer will most likley be no, the only way you'd get the difference is if you bought it less than a week since you bought it (i.e. you buy it on Wed for $130, and the next week its on sale for $86)

If you didn't, then you'd have to talk to the store you got it from.

You'd have to find out what the refund policy is for the store. Check out the links below to find out how to return a purchase or gift to a Target store:

Try calling the store where you bought the phone card and asking them what their policy regarding price adjustments. Some stores will refund you the difference if it is in a certain time period. It doesn't hurt to call and ask.

Here's what I'd do: (1) Bring your receipt to the store and see if they'll give you an adjustment; if not (2) buy another one at the sale price, then return it with your old non-sale-price receipt. (I do it all the time, especially at Target). If you have a credit card, best to purchase it that way, because if you lose your receipt, they can look up your purchase using your credit card.

Check out Targets refund policy. If you have your reciept and it is within the time limit, you should be able to get one depending on their refund policy.

I think you have 30 days or so to get out of a cell phone contract but then they send you a junk bill for the first month you had the phone.
