Well I've been on birth control for a week, and earlier today I had sex with out a condom, but he pulled out. I'm just really paranoid right now, and I am just wondering if I shouldn't be worried, or if I should go get the day after pill?? Help!!!

It depends on when you started the pill in your cycle. If you started it the Sunday after you started your period, you should be fine. If you started it in the middle of your period you have increased your chance of getting pregnant. Birth control takes a few days to build up in your system and then it causes your body to think your pregant and you stop releasing an egg. Depending on your cycle depends on if you should get the pill. If you are near ovulation, about two weeks after your last period, you might want to get the pill otherwise you should be ok

It takes a month for the pill to get into your system and become effective.

Take a pregnancy test to see if you're pregnant. Only use the day after pill if you are definitely pregnant because it will screw up your system since you're on the Pill.
