When she sleeps over, she chooses to share a bed with me and hugs me against her chest. She says she likes to play a game where as she keeps me in her cleavage and sees how long I can stay without breath O.o;;; When I start trying to push away from her because I'm out of breath, she hugs me tighter. And says, "mine"

Sounds like she definately is flirting and feeling you out for your response. What you have to decide is your feelings about the situation before you decide to discuss the situation with her. If you don't know how you feel bringing it up to her is just going to further complicate things between you.

She may be, and it sounds like she's somewhat attracted to you. If you guys are that close then maybe you can just ask her, or she may just be playing around with you, my friends always are teasing me like that, even after they knew I was bisexual, so she could just be playing around too.
