It really depends on the music. As far as jazz musicians go there are many: David Benoit, Boney James, Pat Methini, etc.. There are very few in the R&B community, maybe Hall and Oates, definately Teena Marie in the past, Robin Thicke is pretty good today. I have an aversion to rap, so I can't help you there. There are many white artists who produce one or two hit songs that the community will embrace, but, whole albums...
