Hatake Kakashi, (Kakashi) is known as the copy ninja, of course being because he has one sharingan eye and is able to copy and read other opponents moves and jutsu.

kakashi because his best friend.....crap I forgot his name but anyways..... before he died he made one of the team members transplant the sharingan into Kakashi's eye. Kakashi keeps the eye covered because if he didn't it would waste alot of chakra
with this sharingan he copies practically any move and jutsu he thinks is worth it, then when the time comes he'll use it
the chidori is the only jutsu he actually invented
