not all liquids kills plants automatically. some might take a while but then some will. there are some liquids that won't kill the plants at all.

Yes, Liquid bleach will kill most any and all plants, weeds whatever it is you got.

A few have been recommended; such as, bleach, salt water & boiling water. Battery acid can kill a tree. Good luck.
