If one has no brain one does not live, not even an eathworm could live without a brain. Emotines, I'm guessing that you want to mention emotions and remove someone's brain and they are quite dead, dead people don't have emotions, or any need for them.
Didn't Forrest Gump make a statement that even people that aren't very bright can get their feelings hurt?

Emotions don't come from the brain, nor do they have anything to do with logic and reason, they come from the heart, the soul, the gut. Emotions are our guiding compass to know whether or not we are making the right decision. Does a decision you make, even if it's based on provable facts, logic and reason feel right? Does it make you feel generally good or bad? That's how we guide ourselves to making the decisions that are really best for us.
