Many freshwater fish known as brackish water fish can live in full seawater. Some examples are mollies, columbian cats, and freshwater puffers. Nearly no saltwater fish can live in freshwater. There are a few exceptions however for example the bull shark is a saltwater shark but can be found swimming in freshwater rivers. Do some research on brackish water fish.

There are some fish that can live in freshwater that prefer saltwater.
There are also some fish called Brackish fish. This means in the wild they live where the ocean(salt) meets the river(fresh).
However, as a general rule, truely fresh water fish do not do well in saltwater. But there are exceptions.

NO!
Not even close to yes!
The only POSSIBLE fish would be something brackish but the pH and salinity balancing act required to maintain their health is hard to do for PROFESSIONAL aquariums.
Most freshwater fish will die within hours (if not minutes) of being put into slatwater. The reverse is also true.

Actually you can keep a few types of "freshwater" fish in a saltwater tank. However this is limited to very few species, the most common of which is the mollie.
Mollies can tolerate everything from full saltwater to full freshwater as long as they are acclimated correctly.
