I experienced it only once and when I did It felt; even though my physical being was rooted in the present, as though I was another person in another time. To me it is normal like we drink we pee we eat we do the number two job. We talk we listen.
I don't have it all of the time.

I have experienced deja'vu myself, less frequently as I get older. It is a common experience wither some people want to admit to it or not. I have my own concept of what it might be. Is there a connection with deja vu and people that are capable of lucid dreams?

I think that during our sleep, our minds work out situations that we have. I have many lucid dreams. When I don't like the outcome, I can rewind and change a few events and see where it takes me. Sometimes I will be in the middle of a conversation and get a feeling of deja vu. I could tell you the conversation for the next 5 minutes verbatim before it happens. Did I have this conversation once before in a dream. Do I know my friends well enough that I could have predicted their input in the conversation. They are kind of predictable. Most my deja vu experience has been with conversations and less with places.

I have never met anybody who hasn't experienced deja vu. I don't think it's really all that spooky. I like the theory that it's a tiny seizure. The way it goes is, you're in the middle of something, and you lose it for a millisecond. Then you look around and go "Hey, I've done this before." You have, a moment ago. This is just a theory, so I don't want any death threats. The idea of premonitions is different. I sometimes get those in dreams, but I have no explanation.

It's natural but usually people need something to 'trigger' it. Like a melody or a scent that you're sure you've never encountered but for some inexplicable reason is familiar to you... then suddenly you have a moment of deja'vu where you have a momentary glimpse from a past lifetime...

My friend get it quite often. However , I have notice every such time it relates to something he knew about, in principle,or design.

""I was driving down the street in strange town, and suddenly I just knew where the Post office was located; two blocks down and to the left."

Well, my friend is a retired truck driver. He has been in a lot of towns, and most towns locate their Post offices about two blocks over from Main street. etecetera.

We usually forget our wrong guesses, but we tend to remember when we guess something right.

My friend is also very intelligent and imaginative and he knows how (mechanical) things work.

You say you have deja vu; are into designs, or mechanical workings, or do you think about a lot of things. Can you close your eyes and see images spinning past your mind?

Well, I am sure you get the point. Reincarnation is mathematically impossible for everyone, however it is most certainly mathematically possible for a limited number of persons.

I think that most people experience déjà vu at one time or another. I also seem to experience it frequently, a couple of times a month atleast.

Some theories on the cause of déjà vu from a spiritual perspective are that we experience our lives over and over again, or experience different versions of the same life in different dimensions and that's where the feeling of experiencing or seeing something that is happening as if we've already seen or experienced it.

According to some psychologyst, a déjá vu is when your mind (especially when you are stressed) makes like a click and you disconnect from "reality" for less than a second. This is so automatic than when u're back you feel that have already lived this before, especially when you see something that is familiar or very similar to sth you've lived before.
I do not know if this is true, but I get deja vu's sometimes, and sometimes it freaks you hehehe

Nearly everyone has had the experience called deja vu, though I've never before heard of anyone having it "almost all the time".

I doubt it's anything to worry about.

So you keep having deja vu all over again?

Deja vu just ain't what it used to be.

It is normal because it is affected when you see something that you seen before. That doesn't mean that you seen the whole place but just a part of it. Like the carpet or the chair or anything in the room or place that you might of seen before. Also it comes naturally so you don't have to worry about getting it. It is just a feeling but not something that affects your body.
