I'd have to say the Fellowship....I hated the ending to the Twin Towers and The Return of the King just seemed to drone on and on and on...

the first was a slow start to the series, which draws it down. the second is full of action and still is "believable" but the third is all action but it is also highly fantasy. i'd pick either 2 or 3

The return of the king was my favorite I like it because they fight defeat the bad guy.

all were in production pretty much at the same time, it was just separated like the books, its technically one big movie. (the whole thing)

i loved them all i don;t think i can pick just one. man its tough, but i would have to say return of the king. no wiat two towers. oh gawd i dunno. i can;t chose
