Ii do not know why Richard got a thumbs-down for his answer. He is dead-on: that which he has given is the entire 16th amendment. It has no clauses, articles, or sections.

The 16th amendment reads in full :

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

That's all there is.
