I'm pretty sure it isn't. But I loved that show and it would be really great if this could be true. By the way, try to ignore the idiots that only answered this question to show they don't care.

Sailor moon is not back one. production in Japan of new episodes ended years in Japan and in the US the liscence for it ran out so it is not back on and can't be aired untill the liscence is picked up by another company or the old company which hasn't been done so it's not back on and no future plans for it =/.
