Nobody knows. Whatever language it was would not be spoken anymore as languages are dynamic and change throughout time. Therefore, it will not correspond to any know language, dead or alive.

According to Irish mythology they claim their old Gaelic is the original language.
They say that their ancestor was not present at the tower of Babel when language was confounded and the people scattered so when his descendents migrated to Ireland many centuries later they were still speaking the original language.
