Shake it off as best as I can, it's not worth an anxiety attack.
I suffer from clinical depression, so it's extremely difficult for me to let loose and not get those attacks, it's effin hard.

My anger sparks in a flash! But then I talk to friends and take some time to cool off, and usually(though not always), that'll help. Today I'm pretty calm.....
