Fixing a flickering screen on an old Arcade Game?

I just bought an arcade game off of ebay. The screen flickers sometimes and one of the buttons doesn't work.
Any ideas on how to fix that?

The screen could be a simple fix of yes a loose wire or a bit more involved and need a cap kit.

NOTE: the tube in arcade games use an very high voltage so be careful if you or anyone looks or messes around inside the cabinet.

If the screen when off showes burn in of the game then I would sugguest replacing with a new monitor.

the screen flickering is a loose wire... the button i have no idea.
