My friend is a good guy. I don't want him to get in trouble. It just happened a hour ago. He tried to make his sister have sex with him. But his sister resisted. Now he is begging his sis to not tell anyone, but his sister said she was going to call the CPS (Child Protection Services). He is currently panicking in my room while I type. He doesnt want to get in trouble. He said it was his hormones or something. Any good ideas to get out of this situation ? He's not really bright I admit but hes a good guy. Please Help.

The best thing he can do is talk to her and tell her he will get therapy for what he tried to do and somehow work this thing out but idk how he wouldn't got jail since that attempted rape but its the only solution I know w/o him going to jail.

As long as you are both consenting adults, I don't see a problem. If you live in India, I do believe it's legal if all parties are consenting. If you don't want a child, be sure to use reliable birth control. There is an interesting case of a brother and sister in Massachusetts, one of the first states to legally recognize same-sex marriage, who claimed they were having sex as an alibi when they were accused of attempting to steal a big-screen television from a restaurant restroom. In Massachusetts, incest is punishable with up to twenty years of imprisonment whereas with theft, the maximum sentence is up to four years (check for accuracy). Of the two offenses, which one is victimless and should go unpunished in a criminal court proceeding? Things like this happen and are highly publicized and not prosecuted in some parts of the world. eg. a brother-sister couple in Spain parented and conceived two healthy children together and have been living in a spousal relationship for over 30 years; however, they are not legally recognized as husband and wife. The brother just received legal recognition as father of their two children. I suppose all of the stigma behind consensual incest and sibling marriage is based on ignorance and bigotry. People have an irrational prejudice to consenting adults practicing incest. There is a stereotype that people who practice incest are mostly from the US states of Alabama and West Virginia. Because of this stereotype they will also believe it is legal in these states as well, which is untrue. However, in the states and countries where incest is actually legal, people seldom comment about the incestuous sexual practices and and the adverse effects of inbreeding of people from these places. With reliable birth control and eugenic counseling, reproduction is hardly an issue. Besides, all of us are products of incest at one point in history. According to Judeo-Christian beliefs, civilization began through incest and Charles Darwin, the man who developed the theory of evolution and natural selection was married to a biological family member. Also, incest is legal and/or decriminalized for consenting adults in many EU countries. I find it ironic that people in the USA are more comfortable talking about, and accepting woman's right to have an abortion - something that compromises a human life much too young for consent - than talk about and accept one's right to have sex or marry any consenting adult they choose. Of the two options, which act is victimless? Which is more harmful and infringes on one's right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness? Why shouldn't consenting adults be allowed to marry anyone they chose regardless of consanguinity? You decide.

Contacting CPS doesn't mean going to jail. No means no, whether it be sister or anyone else which is something he needs to understand. CPS and social welfare will get him the necessary help he needs - getting people out of this type of trouble is not what friends do, helping him through it is what they do.

If you owe him big time you need to call the cops....

He attempted to rape his sister....

Next time it may be your sister, or your mom. Next time to make her shut up he may use a garrot around the neck, or a bullet in the brain.

Your friend is in a lot of trouble, but right now its only a minor little glitch compared to watching him executed because you decided to keep your mouth shut.

You owe him big time, so its time to pay up. Talk to your parents IMMEDIATELY!

Bad move!!!!!!!!!!! Your sister? She should call, weather your a nice guy or not obviously you don't know boundaries and next time it might be on a 10 year old. Everyone knows DO NOT TRY TO HAVE SEX WITH YOUR SISTER!!!! YOU WILL BE HELPING HIM BY TELLING SOMEONE HE REALLY NEEDS HELP.. I'M NOT BEING MEAN IF HE DOESN'T GET HELP NOW HE WILL END UP IN JAIL. HE DIDN'T RAPE HER RIGHT? HE WAS CLOSE TO IT, NEXT TIME HE MIGHT REALLY DO IT, SO TELL SOMEONE NOW BEFORE IT'S TO LATE .

You don't mentions ages. Based on your sentence usage, I'd say you aren't a teenager. If you're that old, definitely need to call the police. This isn't a good kid who made an error in judgement. This is likely an adult who tried to rape his sister.

Or you're just an adult troll.

Either way, I got my 2 points.

Don't help him...the police can prosecute you for aiding a criminal. His sister has every right to call the cops and he belongs in jail.

ok you need to call the cps right now if you care about your friend, because if you don't then he will try to rape someone else later and get in even more trouble
