Do you mean "using noble gas shell" notation or do you mean when Te acquires a "noble gas" number of electrons? For the first one, you use [Kr]5s2, 4d10, 4p(x)2, 4p(y)1, 4p(z)1

For the second one Te would have to gain 2 electrons and you would have the same configuration as Xe which would be [Kr]5s2, 4d10, 4p6
