I usually go to a dentist at Jurong Point Shopping Mall, NTUC Co-operative Dental Care #06-07/08 Tel: 6793 5938. the doc name is Dr Rafidah. As for optician I usually go to the one in outram park in chinatown shopping complex, think its on the 2nd floor, service is good as well, hope this help cheers

I'd say Smile Inc at 2nd floor Forum the Shopping Mall, Orchard. Rather expensive, though.

KWONG SHIN Optical at Bras Basah Complex (Near Raffles City and Reaffles Hotel). Been using them for more than 10 years... professional and good service at reasonable price.
