Please don't listen to what everyone else is saying! I work in an eye doctors office, and I have seen some of the God-awful infections people come in with from leaving their contacts in for a shower. The rule of contacts: No Sleeping (unless they are meant for that), No Swimming, No Showering.
Unless you want to get an awful infection and damage your cornea, don't do it!

It 's a greater useful theory to easily wait till after your morning bathe to place your contacts in. Taking a shower should not be a issue, as long as you do no longer bypass under the water. It 's conceivable to bathe up without risking the shortcoming of your lenses and this could not be a controversy. maximum individuals do no longer submerge themselves interior the tub besides.
