I really wouldn't use Neo Aqua Madoor. I would probably replace it with a dark magician or Dark magician of chaos (which is better). With DMoC, you can destroy 1 of their monsters by using magical dimension to get him out and get a Spell card back. Other than that, I give your deck about a 9.5!

You have as many spells as monster cards?
That will not help you win a match; a good deck must be evenly balanced between monster cards and spell/trap cards.

well you could use some more monsters(some with powerful ATK) and cut a lil bit from the spell cards

its good and the style seems fast paced but i would scratch peten and add more old vindictive mages and maybe get a medusa worm or two
