Where exactly is my iat(intake air temperature) sensor located at for my 1991 gmc sonoma???
i just brought a module off the internet and got it in but the instructions or not that clear.i have a 1991 gmc sonoma truck and i need help finding where the iat sensor is..please help.

Sorry to say I don't know that exact vehicle but have worked on many vehicles. Easy way to find it is look at the one you ordered.Then open the hood. take a flashlight and look at the top half of the engine.It could be located the in the air intake between the air filter and intake manifold. or it could be mounted on the manifold it's self. just look for the top half of the sensor or follow the wire harness.

1994 was the first year Sonoma .iat is located on the air filtr housing

Dude do no longer you hate this truck? I have been given mine 4 years in the past and could replace 3 starters, a radiator, a motor, transmission, pc, and battery cables. I ought to have in simple terms gotten a sparkling damn truck!

There isn't one. Not ALL vehicles use one, and the Powertrain management for this little trucklett isn't sophisticated enough for the need.
