I haven't been in Clinton for many years, but it used to be really pretty town, like a historic village - I recall old bridges, mills and museums There's a women's prison in Clinton - you can make new friends

You can get on a bus and go into Manhattan - no one should ever get bored in New York.

The Ironbound district in Newark is very interesting - artsy and some of the best Portuguese restaurants anywhere.

If you're old enough to gamble, get on a bus and go to Atlantic City - there's a lot to do there

If you're into American History - go to Trenton - so much happened there during the American Revolution - lots to see; then go to Philadelphia;

You can visit Thomas Edison's home and lab - in Edison

I don't know if it's on in the winter, but Englishtown, New Jersey has the biggest flea market I've ever seen.

There were some movies filmed in Clinton - rent them and then go look for the landmarks - "One True Thing" and "In and Out'.
