EBay makes it extremely difficult to do this as they seem to closely monitor this kind activity. They stop you from doing it by bouncing your message back to you saying that your trying to do a transaction outside the parameters of an ebay transaction. Keep trying to do the " Contact member " thru the " My messages " system or go into the persons ebay member profile and see if they have an email address that is public to write to them...Good luck...it's almost impossible !

On their page, there is an option on the right to Ask the seller a question. You will not need to bid on the item. It will say that you are a potential buyer.

If you know their ebay name,just type it in,if they have something listed,just go to contact seller...
