A qg plasma has not existed since the first 20 microseconds after the big bang. You can make a be condensate in any physics lab in a normal solid.

I don't think its density that interest people in condensate physics since condensates show really unusual quantum property among group of atoms at extremely low temperature. But my guess is any plasma would have lower density than something super cold. But I don't know what the hec quark gluon really is.
