A white button up shirt with all buttons buttoned and an ankle-length black skirt and black heels or ankle boots. Don't wear anything revealing or innapropriate such as a v-neck shirt or tight pants. Really long skirts are considered lady like and are not frowned upon at batmitzvah's. Bright colors, funky hairdoos, and lots of bangy-clangy jewelry are seen as distracting. Stick to whites,blacks,dark blues. Keep your hair simple such as down or in a bun, and if you're gonna wear jewelry keep it at one dark colored necklace or bracelet and no dangly earrings. Keep makeup neutral, maybe just some lipgloss and cover-up.

you should wear a nice dress but make sure you dont show any clevage because jews dont like that

a dress not a sluty one mabey a dark colored dress like black, purple, or blue below the knees not above
