MR CLEAN MAGIC ERASERS I USE THEM AT MY STORE TO REMOVE WRITING IN THE BATHROOM IF YOU HAVE NEVER USED THESE GET THEM THEY ARE GREAT AND VERY EASY TO USE

Mr Clean Magic Erasers do pretty darn well with those sorts of things. They are around the price range of..hmm.. maybe 6.00 but you get 'bang for buck'. There is 2 in a pack, and they last very very long :)

Alcohol or hair spray. You might consider using the Magic Eraser.

Fingernail polish remover usually works on permanent inks.
It's acetone with a bit of oil in it,,,works great on hard solid surfaces.
