Well, are you asking for yourself? Because from the books you've listed here, I don't think the books that I'd recommend would fit your reading preferences.

To me, I bet you'd like something in the genre of romantic chick-lit, so I'd recommend
1) Emily's Reasons Why Not: A Novel by Carrie Gerlach
2) Bergdorf Blondes: A Novel by Plum Sykes
3) See Jane Date by Melissa Senate
4) Retail Therapy: Life Lessons Learned While Shopping by Amanda Ford
5) Apocalipstick by Sue Margolis

As well as the works of Jane Green, Jennifer Weiner, Marian Keyes, Cathy Kelly, Lauren Weisberger, and Candace Bushnell.

Happy reading!

The Stranger -- apparently the most common favorite book amongst males in some UK newspaper poll.

The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn -- the classic "boys' books".

Then there's:
Crime and Punishment
A Clockwork Orange
Candide
Survival in Auschwitz
Slaughterhouse-Five
1984
The Great Gatsby

No, really, why should I limit myself to just "girl books"!?! Pffft. That would be boring. :P

If I am feeling very girly (since I am a girl, after all), there's:
Dracula
The Phantom of the Opera
Lolita
Carmilla

They all felt particularly girly... but of course, there's a whole lot more.

"The Song of the Lioness" Quartet by Tamora Pierce. It starts with "Alanna: The First Adventure" It is about a young woman (in the books she goes from 10 to early 20's) who has to disguise herself as a guy to fulfill her dream of being a knight. It shows her troubles of puberty and keeping up, and the enimys she makes. These are by one of my favorite athors and some of my favorite books.
