Pure Buddhism does not employ customs as they are deemed unnecessary...but some will have a shrine in their home with a figure of the Buddha and some incense and they will practice meditation in front of this shrine. Drawing and then destroying a mandala symbolizes the impermanence of everything. Yoga is sometimes practiced to reinforce the awareness of yourself in the moment. Also, the person above is incorrect...Buddhists may have sex, and Buddhists do not pray since we don't believe in God.

Your question is too general.Anyway, try my best to give some answers.
1.Buddhists of all sects always, first, pay homage to the Buddha in any functions.
2.Take refuge in the Buddha;Dhamma;and Sangha
These two acts are common for all Buddhists. There might be some variations from cuontry to country due to local custom and traditions.
