my service tech told me of one, kinda like pcnillen.com....or something to that effect. sounded like penecillin, but it wasn't. please help, my internet connection has super speeds, but my puter has to have spyware/adware on it, and ALOT of it. any other suggestions would help to. thank you in advance for any help!!!

you can get many spyware/ adware removal softwares for free on www.download .com. i would suggest the following 2:
1. ad-aware se personal ( from www.lavasoft.de)
2. spybot-search and destroy(from www.download.com)
a must for every pc and presumably the best available

Yahoo provides free Norton Antispyware software and as you may or may not know they're one of the best! All you have to do is download the new yahoo toolbar for IE

I have xoftspy, thats what we use and its not bad, gets rid of all the nasty stuff, It was rated one of the best by PC Magazine, my hunny is a network admin. He says its minimal cost but a pretty good product, It will download free updates and quarantine or delete the garbage.
