of providing home sellers with hidden cameras that will record potential buyer's comments and opinions made during open houses. This way the sellers can see what people are thinking and can make improvements to help sell quicker. What does anybody think of this idea and are there any legal issues I need to be aware of?

Aside from legal issues, why would they pay you when they can get their own camera at Radio Shack?

I'm pretty sure it's illegal. I disagree with the idea because I hate the hidden camera thing. Being watched without knowing it is just....*shudders*.
