Yes; it's very rare, but I have heard of it happening. You can actually have an allergy to semen; your immune system attacks them because they are foreign things it doesn't recognize. Inability to get pregnant can also be caused by many other things, several of which are more common, such as a low sperm count in the man. There is virtually no way to tell without seeing a doctor, so if you think that's happening to you, please have it checked out.
