Pick your battles, most things that upset us don't really matter, think about it, some jerk cuts you off in traffic, let it go, he's the weenie, not you. Concentrate on what's really important in your life and don't let people unload on you. Keep a positive space around you and you will be surprised what happens. There are a lot of negative things outside of home, you don't have to react or even care, it has nothing to do with who you are, don't take other people so seriously, go to your happy place, everyone has one. Hope you overcome and enjoy life, it's too short to waste.

Some days are worst than others I know but you have to deal with each problem as they arrive. Do not allow them to go unsolved because that is when you feel over whelmed. Having a good friend ,close family member or a preacher to talk to will help. Also counting to ten and deep -slow breaths. Good luck to you .

Try a visualization technique that I often use and works for me.

At the beginning of the day, before you even leave the house visualize a bubble around you. This bubble is like a two-way mirror where you can see through it, but reflects all negativity back onto itself, letting in only love, goodness and positivity. You are protected by this indestructible bubble or energy field from anything that is negative.

Sounds crazy, but you know what? It actually works for me!

Good luck!

take care of it. If your windshield has a little crack you'll notice it repeatedly while your driving over and over you can't ignore it because you know that soon the crack will spread and then Bam! your whole windshield is shattered. We are intelligent beings and we put little help signs out for ourselves. we shouldn't ignore them. make a promise to yourself to take care of the problem as soon as you can; Don't lie to yourself, because you know when you lie to yourself, and then you won't be so concerned. Now if you're already not doing nothing then just start taking care of it.

rethink your image of "upsetting" and see how many things stop upsetting you..
Seriously. It worked for me. it goes back to the old adage "pick your battles" (don't let them pick you)

I pray and put my problems in the Lord's hands. I prefer to let him do the worrying, after all, he knows how it will turn out anyhow.

You may need one or two sessions of counseling to help you understand why you can't cope with everyday things.
