I have deposited the cheque of 25000 rupees in the month of april, my ledger shows it has got bounced, but my bank says the brokerage firm has cleared the amount , but its not showing in my portfolio, when i asked the same, the brokerage firm told, it has been rectified, but actually it hasnt, im frustrated since months, just because of these things, couldnt traded well just because of these tentions, can i sue on that brokeraage firm or can i put complaint to consumer court of India..please do reply me

Yes you can. You can sue them for the amount of the check and any bank charges you received due to it bouncing.
