ARE ALL GERMANS< OR AMERICANS OR HINDUS OR ANY OTHER RACE< CREED COLOR ,NATIONALITY or RELIGION LIARS AND CHEATS? No, you have the same in ALL races, religions and Nationalities. Some who are honest and hard working and others who are not.
There are just some people who want to group all by the actions of a few, don't do that, you are sure to miss meeting a lot of nice people that way.
