I think by that age, it's not uncommon for people to be having that kind of relationship. However, since it seems to be a big shock to you and your sister, then it's probably against how you raised her. I would say that you should sit her down and have a rational conversation with her about what she's doing and for how long. The important thing is to make sure that she knows how you guys feel about it and that you listen to her side as well. Also, chances are she'll continue to do whatever she's currently doing regardless of what you guys say so you should make sure that she's being safe about it as well. While this probably comes as a big shock to you guys, she is 18 and legally an adult so you should make sure that you treat her like one and try to understand where she's coming from.
So basically, have a rational conversation with her, don't do or say anything drastic and make sure that she's being safe with whatever she's doing!

you would be suprised how young people are doing that stuff....... im 14 and almost everyone of my friends has had sex and gave a boy a BJ......( iam not untill im an adult and ready) im sure as a parent it is hard to see someone your related to doing that but after all she is an adult...... once your an adult you dont havethat type of controlle of her anymore.... im sure its hard to take in but you need to come down and just put that behind you.......as for your sister there is nothing she can do because like i said your niece is 18 witch is considerd an adult..... i know you prob dont wanna take advise from a 14 year old but it gets worse i have so many kids in my school (8th grade) that have went farther than that and i am in no rush to do that stuff because i am waiting until im older and more mature and know about all the STDs out there..... goodluck! and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

come on this is the real world first of all she is 18 and the sad truth is she has probably done this lots of time at a younger age then 18..i am not trying to sound mean or anything but it is the truth kids now days have sex at ages as young as 11 or 12.. i dont condone this at all and i am not saying i like it but it is the way life is and at 18 what can you do about it? she is an adult and if you were a good aunt you should have told them to stop and told your neice to come to another room and talked to her about her behavior..

She is 18 years old now; however, if she is still in school AND/OR living under your roof, I would talk to her about boundries within the house and that you understand her physical needs. She may enjoy what she is doing and there isn't nothing you can do about it. You can encourage her to take precautions toward pregnancy and diseases, but you can never stop a young person from being sexually active once they start. In order for her to respect your wishes, you will have to be the adult first and understand her feelings to make her respect your rules.

She's 18 and legally a woman. Most girls in HS are doing it at 15.

Oh my god she's an ADULT!!! Let her do what she wants. It's 2006; half the girls in my grade (I'm in Grade 10 next year) would've "performed" oral on a guy before.

She is a grown woman and adult, you had no buisiness saying anything. There is nothing her mom can do. Are you that immature you do not know grown women have sex to include oral?

I can imagine that you were shocked, but I don't think it is all that uncommon. I was 14 when I first did that to a guy.
