Well if they haven't been blind all their lives then it is very possible for them to see images that they remember or even create new ones and see in their dreams as we explain it. If they have always been blind they may "see" things in dreams but may not have the vocabulary or adequate experience to describe or communicate what is going on. They don't even know what it is like to see so how would they even explain the sensation that we interpret as sight? We interpret it as sight because we have something to compare it to (not seeing). So the experience may be communicated totally different.

Maybe blind people's dreams only involve sound. They can't really make up any images in their heads if they have been born blind.

But yes, if they have not been blind all their lives then it is very possible for them to see dreams.

o mi gosh i always wondered tha same thing and i always wondered if deaf people could hear tha little voice inside thur head
