How can I restore or access Yahoo TV "Classic"? The "Beta" version doesn't hold a candle to the Classic version. The Classic version was user friendly (more & faster access to info needed) and had prior and future days listings and clicking on the station ID code would give you the whole day listings for that particular channel.

You can't, unfortunately. I use http://titantv.com/ for my TV listings, though, and that site gives you all of the things you listed in your question. Honestly, I switched even before Yahoo switched to beta because I found it to be better than Yahoo classic.
