firstly have u sorted the leak for sure? was it your sunroof? if so check the run off tubes are not blocked. the very best thing is warm dry air and driving lots is good with your heater flat out also where ever poss leave the windows a jar (if its not raining) ths will allow any vapour produced by sunlight on the car to escape rather than recondense on the inside of your windows.
with the current weather conditions it may be worth removing the seat and drying the seat with a hair dryer. take up the carpet were possible and mop out as much water as possible or if this isnt practicle then a wet n dry vac will do a good job and then dry the carpet, again with a hair dryer. if you are careful a heat gun can be used but you need to give plenty of clearance and you do run the risk of a fire or damage. before you put it all back together get it as dry as you can. and carry on leavin windows a jar for a bit if you can.
nightmare job u need a garage or a dry day and an extension lead for your dryer.
best of luck

Try renting a rug cleaning machine and using it just for water removal. They have a hose and wand attachment and very powerful suction and are capable of getting the water out at least to a damp dry condition . Then you can park it in the sun with the windows cracked to complete the process. Don't use salt on surfaces as it will cause rusting .

there's a drain on the two aspects of the automobile the place the wings come as much as the windscreen additionally decrease than the air intake, in case you have a sunroof the pipe must be chop up on the drain hollow pipes taking place the pillars. you're saying that the automobile isn't making use of any coolant so the heater matrix can't be rotten etc as your radiator could empty attempt taping around the sunroof for a pair of days and notice if it dries out, additionally verify the seal the place the air intake for the heater is going into the engine compartment

SALT???!! Bad idea.
Open the windows, put a fan in one window and blow air THRU the car. It may take a while. But short of removing everything, it's your best bet.

If you remove the carpets you should find drain holes plugged with rubber plugs.
