The movies start (after the 20th Century Fox fanfare and the Lucasfilm logo) with the words on screen:
"A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away"
then the Star Wars logo in yellow comes onto screen and disappears into the center, then the opening scroll starts coming up from the bottom in yellow.

Episode IV (A New Hope) has the following text:

It depends on the star wars movie. It just tells you events leading up to the start of the movie. They are great movies just make sure you watch episode 4 ,5 the 6 before 1 , 2 , and 3. its much better that way.

No one remembers what is says off by heart. I do not know of any websites that have it posted but I am sure some exist. Perhaps others will post some for you.
