What prompts u to think so. ICC does not seem to be biased. Take the case of England/Pakistan/Darrel Hair controversy. It was a rather fair decision.
But some of the answers say: being the best team". This does not in any way qualify to be biased. ICC is an International body and should not be biased in any way.

It is not true. ICC is not supporting to any team. Australia is best team in the world, but it is say that ICC is supporting to australian is absoulately wrong.

do you mean about the shoving that happened in the final of the champions trophy?
well if so the i would say its because it wasn't the Aussies fault it was just that they were really excited and wanted to celebrate
so they wanted to get the photo over and done with and hold the trophy
anyway Australia is a powerful country in the ICC `s eyes

Australians have all the trophys to their name, so the icc tilts towards them.
