I feel a lot less safer since Bush has basically antagonized the heck out of the entire world and middle east.

Safety is a relative term subject to the interpretation of the observer, it doesn't actually exist. But if you go around acting like you're frightened then they win. They being anyone who wishes you to be afraid or feel insecure. What is the point of contemplating things which are beyond our control? What would it accomplish? Life is full of dangers and risks. Everyone takes their life into their own hands each day. Just the mere act of getting out of bed is a risk. If you allow you fears to get the better of you then how can you function?
About 95% of the news is propaganda/BS, 99.99999% of what a politicians say is BS and both play to your emotions. The only thing that you can be certain of is that there will be uncertainty.

Actually I do. I never go to bed worrying about my safety. I feel you need to take certain steps to keep yourselves as safe as possiable but after that it's out of your hands. I don't worry about being nuked cause I try to live each day the best I can and if it happens I can't stop it and it may never happen so why worry?

With Bush as president, yes. But here come the Democrats to muck everything up. Our country will be less safe because of them.

Awww hell yes... I check the gun rack every evening, feed the Rottweiler, lock the gate, turn on the electric fence and intrusion sensors, arm the Claymores , crawl into my underground bunker, and sleep comfortably... I have no fear...

I don't allow fear to rule my life. Therefore I don't really think about it so I guess I feel safe.
