High idle = Vacuum leak at intake.
Front suspension noise = Hum.....I don't know..Rattle noise, clunking noise, screeching noise?

my 2006 daewoo nubira needed control arm bushings. as the problem got worse i would feel a slop in the steering. I am about to junk the car because it Thu a rod. it also has a new fuel pump with about 200 mile of use and water pump rollers and tension-er with about 1000 miles of use on them.

Daewoo's are notoriously prone to front lower control arm bushing failures. That could explain your noise.
