Robin is the third but I always thought he was the one with the best voice of the 3. He is the one with the high falsetto voice in their songs. Maurice died a few years ago. He and Robin were twins.

Andy Gibb is probably the one you're looking for, but actually they were four brothers:
Barry (born 1946), Robin (born 1949), Maurice (also born 1949) and Andy (born 1958).
Maurice died in 2003, and Andy died in 1988; both died of heart-conditions.
