If you can't help being curious then you need to find out. You can't go through life not being 100% certain if you are a father or not. As always with stuff like this it WILL come back up and bite you on the bottom in the future. I would suspect that your ex hasn't told you because it's not yours but there is always that little bit of chance. She won't have needed to declare anyone as the father on the birth certificate because you are allowed to just put 'unamed'. I also suspect she hasn't named you because you would have heard from the CSA by now too.
You need to ask her straight out. Goodluck

sounds like you arent 100% that it wouldnt be yours or you wouldnt be dwelling on it now. Try speaking to her or someone near to her. You could try the reg office but i doubt youd get the info you need they can only provide the paper work if you can provide some id, and if she has had your baby she couldnt have had you registered as the father as if you are unmarried you the father needs to be present when the birth certificate is issued (woman can only add fathers name without him being there if she can provide a marriage certificate) Hope this helps!

Look in the local hospital birth announcements online from that time - but they may have cycled off by now. You can also look in the local papers from that time frame at the library.

WHy won't you just ask her? No one is going to give you that information if they aren't yours and theirs no possibility of it being yours.
