and how do you support when you sing

Oddly enough, I sing better in the mornings because my throat is relaxed and well-rested.

It may be that you have night tremors or something and you wake up tense?

It could be that your throat is just extra dry, need to down some water.

It's hard, when you say you can't sing do you mean you can't hold notes? Your breath support isn't there? You're hoarse?

Because you havent warmed up your vocal coards you havent talked for a few hours and your throat just needs to have some time to warm up try talking for a few minutes and eating breakfast this should help

maybe because ur throat is dry and and you just woke up..it happens me too..
what i do is: get ready, eat breakfast, etc.. and then after maybe a half hour i can sing..(i mean actually sing)..lol

You just woke up from sleeping for a long time so your throat is dry.

it is because your voice has been resting all night. and to sing better breath from your diafram. that is your stomach. that is what my vocal teacher said!!
