What do you mean by cheats? Like where to find items or actual cheats like starting the game with all your weapons and defeating bosses with a swing of the sword. If that's what you mean by cheats then you're outta luck, but if you mean where do you find items and such go to any cheat site. they should help with walkthroughs. better yet go here:

There was no cheat for that game, especially if your refering to the snes version... the only 'cheat' as such was at the end where you had the pool you could throw items in, throwing the sword upgraded it as well as the arrows.
