I suggest not to use this method of foam. Its a bad idea as, your roof need some movement, when there a high winds.

Just imagine your roof is rigid and there are strong winds, this could cause serious damage.

I think the fibreglass lagging is much better. Some companies will do it free of charge if you qualify. Good luck
