suddenly my keyboard isn't working. my shift key isn't working to capitalize my letters or for the symbols above the numbers for instance my 2 can't be made in to a at sign. jow do i fix this
i would put a question mark but i can't do that either...

Okay well I got it fixed... I just unplugged it and plugged it back in.

The question mark next right... well Yahoo automatically puts that in. That was my subject and they added the ?

if its wireless replace the batteries ... turn off the pc and reseat the plug for it in the back ...

Go into device manager.. Right click my computer>manage> device manager and reinstall your keyboard controller and keyboard drivers.. Shut down system, unplug keyboard make sure theres no bent pins on connector or io port and connect it back.. See if it works in safe mode. If so then you have software issues..

She said that doesnt type certain letters, what does that have to do with the batteries being bad..

If only your Shift-Key is sticky it sounds like your keyboard just needs a good cleaning ... pop out the shift-key and clean out whatever is underneath it ...

Have fun! Just remember if you pop out all the keys ... lay them out in the order they were on the keyboard ... (easier to put back in in the right order)
