Firefox Favorites File....?

I am looking to reformat my system today and I would like to keep all my favorites on Firefox. I am uncertain as to how to go about this. Is there a file I can save to disk so that when I have reformatted and re-installed Firefox I can just slip the file into its assigned folder or.....what? I hope somebody can help. Thanks in advance!
